Freelance Project Manager / Business Analyst

We are supporting a well-established global business unit in the midst of a high-impact, confidential transition process. To help drive the success of this strategic phase, we’re looking for a skilled Project Manager / Business Analyst who can operate with precision, clarity, and agility.

This is a 6-month freelance assignment starting in August or September 2025, with the possibility of extension based on project progress and business needs.

You will be working closely with senior regional leadership and collaborating across international teams to turn complex business inputs into clear, presentable outputs that support key decision-making.

What You’ll Do: 

• Translate incoming requests into structured internal actions and documentation

• Gather and analyze data from various internal systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.)

• Create high-quality summaries and PowerPoint presentations for external use

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Europe, America, and Asia

• Ensure alignment and consistency across regional contributions

• Report progress and proactively flag potential bottlenecks

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in project management and business analysis

• Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and accuracy

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Ability to navigate enterprise systems (SAP, Business Warehouse, Salesforce.com)

• Excellent written and spoken English

• A structured communicator who can clarify ambiguity and drive results

• Available to work at least 2 days/week onsite within commuting distance of Antwerp and Brussels

• Experience working in cross-regional teams

• Familiarity with due diligence, M&A, or business transformation projects

• Background in structured reporting or business excellence is a plus
